Description
The Door Supervisor course is a requirement to apply for an SIA Licence and work legally as Security Guard or a Door Supervisor. With a Door Supervisor licence, you can work in nightclubs, events, retail and corporate and earn up to £3,000 per month
This 7-day course (including First Aid) in Gateshead contains the knowledge and skills you need to pass your exam and apply for your SIA Licence. That licence is your ticket to working in the growing security industry, where your skills will be in constant demand.
We appreciate that taking time off is difficult, as such we utilise blended learning to reduce your time in centre. To comply with SIA regulations you will need to complete an e-learning course prior to attending, this reduces your time in centre by a full day. A link to this e-learning will be sent to you via email.
Door Supervisor Training vs Security Guard Training
We’re often asked what the difference is between a Door Supervisor Licence and a Security Guard Licence. Luckily, the difference is easy to remember.
A Door Supervisor Licence allows you to work as a Door Supervisor and a Security Guard, while a Security Guard Licence only allows you to work in a Manned Guarding role.
