SIA Door Supervisor Training Course

The Door Supervisor Course typically takes 7 days to complete, including the required Emergency First Aid at Work qualification where applicable. Once you have successfully passed the assessments, you can apply for your SIA Door Supervisor Licence and begin seeking employment within the security industry.

No previous security experience is required. Our Door Supervisor training is suitable for complete beginners as well as individuals looking to change careers or gain a recognised qualification within the security sector.

A Door Supervisor Licence allows you to work in a wide range of security roles, including pubs and clubs, retail security, event security, corporate security, concierge security, and manned guarding positions throughout the UK.

Current SIA requirements state that learners must hold a valid Emergency First Aid at Work qualification before completing Door Supervisor training. Please check our course details to see whether First Aid training is included as part of your booking package.

Pay rates vary depending on location and experience, but qualified Door Supervisors can often earn between £12 and £18 per hour. Experienced security professionals working at events, venues, or in supervisory roles may earn even more.

After successfully completing the course and passing all assessments, you can apply for your SIA Door Supervisor Licence. Once your licence has been approved, you can start applying for security jobs across Newcastle, Gateshead, the North East, and the rest of the UK.
