I recently completed my door supervisor refresher training with NCL Training and it was one of the most professional and well delivered courses I’ve attended in the industry.

Tony is an exceptional instructor. His knowledge, clarity and ability to support different learning styles make a real difference. The training is structured properly, nothing is rushed and the focus is always on genuine understanding and not just passing.

The training centre is modern, well organised and easily one of the strongest setups for SIA Training in the North East. The environment is professional, comfortable and ideal for learning.

Tony and Sam are 2 great trainers. They inject humour and invite participation in whar would otherwise be quite mundane courses. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a first aid or sia learning.

I recently completed my security training with NCL Training and can honestly say it was the best training experience I’ve had in the security industry.

Tony is without a doubt the best security instructor I’ve ever come across. I’ve worked in the industry for years and attended multiple SIA courses, refresher training courses, and security qualifications, but the way Tony teaches is on another level. His knowledge, professionalism, patience, and ability to adapt to different learning styles makes a massive difference.

Unlike many training providers who just rush people through for the certificate, Tony genuinely cares about people understanding the course content and passing properly. He explains everything clearly, makes the classroom comfortable and engaging, and supports everyone regardless of their learning ability or previous experience in the security industry.

The training centre itself is excellent. The classroom layout is modern, professional, and one of the best setups I’ve seen for SIA training in Gateshead and the North East. The atmosphere is relaxed but still highly professional, which makes learning much easier and far more enjoyable.

Even though I’ve completed similar licensing courses before, Tony somehow made the course feel fresh, interesting, and genuinely worthwhile again. That takes real skill as an instructor.

I completed my SIA Top-Up Refresher course training here. My experience was very good it’s a very nice and clean place with free on-site parking.

Teacher Tony explains everything in a very clear and helpful way, and he makes sure we get plenty of practice for each section.

For anyone living in the North East, there’s no need to go anywhere else if you really want to learn properly.

Just finished the door supervisor refresher course with Tony, and he was brilliant! He explained everything clearly and made the course really engaging as well as enjoyable. Definitely recommend him as a tutor!

Tony is great at explaining things, especially if you're new to the topic; he'll guide you through everything.

Sir Tony David Chadwick really deserves a great appreciation and respect.
I just passed my door supervisor course under his supervision, his teaching methods, practical skills are mind-blowing, Fabolous, fantastic.

I recently completed the Highfield Door Supervisor Level 2 qualification with NCL Training, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I was enrolled, the team at NCL was supportive, organised, and committed to delivering top-quality training.
Sam and Tony were exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced. They explained everything in a practical, easy-to-understand way and made sure every learner felt confident before moving on.
The course itself was well-structured, covering all the key areas, NCL ensured we had plenty of time to practise, ask questions, and fully prepare for the assessments.

Had a great time here doing my door supervisor course.

Tony was friendly and very helpful and patient the entire time. I was well looked after and would highly recommend going here especially as he understood my ADHD Autism.

On the day of the exams Sam kindly lent me a reading ruler to help me concentrate on one question at a time instead of me having to work harder to concentrate and it really did help.

Thank you for making my time there a little easier.

I recently completed my SIA CCTV Operator training course with NCL Training. The NCL trainer, Tony, was engaging throughout the 3-days of learning and extremely supportive during our revision periods in the lead to the tests. I really enjoyed the course, especially the practical learning operating a mock CCTV control room.
